| Question Number 1: We are writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information from your ¾¨Ó㴫ý Trust. Please may you provide us with: Company or sponsored nursing posts that are currently operating in the Trust (Acute or Community) that are providing services for stoma or continence patients. We would like to understand the type of contract, dates, nursing grades and provider (charity, manufacturer or dispensing appliance contractor). We would also like a copy of any contracts (redacted as appropriate). Please provide the information in the form attached. | |
| Answer To Question 1: Not applicable to Women and Newborn division - we do not have any sponsored nursing posts in relation to continence or stoma. See Surgery response for Stoma Care attached. NB Unfortunately, in this instance we are unable to provide a copy of the contract under Exemption 43: Commercial Interests. In the case of this contract, SFT do not hold the sole version, as it is a multi-organisational contract (including the detail for several organisations outside BSW). We therefore cannot release this information under a local FOI.
