Question Number 1: Under the FOIA, please could you supply the following information. For each of your type one A&E departments, please provide site-specific data on A&E performance. Please provide the following data split by quarter from the start of 2023/24, up to the end of quarter two of 2024/25. For each of your type one A&E sites: All patients: • Total waiting less than four hours before admission • Total waiting between four hours and 12 hours before admission • Total waiting more than 12 hours before admission Admitted patients only • Total waiting less than four hours before transfer or discharge • Total waiting between four hours and 12 hours before transfer or discharge • Total waiting more than 12 hours before transfer or discharge Please use the template provided – in the tabs we have listed each type one A&E site that we’re aware of – but if we have missed any type one sites for your trust, please add these and provide the data.
