Please could you provide the following information for your Trust for the financial years 2022-23 and 2023-24: - The total number of patients who developed pressure sores (also known as bed sores or pressure ulcers) during their stay. - This figure as a percentage of all patients admitted to beds at the trust. Please note: - If the data cannot be provided for all patients admitted to beds, please provide any available data on bed sore incidence in hospital inpatients. - If some of the requested data is unavailable or cannot be provided in the specified format, I am happy to receive partial data or guidance on refining my request. | |
Answer To Question 1: - The total number of patients who developed pressure sores (also known as bed sores or pressure ulcers) during their stay 22/23 = 425 23/24 = 401 - This figure as a percentage of all patients admitted to beds at the trust. Both financial years are 0.24% - The percentage is the same for both years | |
