Question Number 1:
What date did you commence IECCP operationally is it used within a single function or across multiple departments which ones?
 
Answer To Question 1:
Commence the roll out with testing in April 23, with first module operational in August. The system is available to all clinical and administrative departments involved in the booking and scheduling of clinical care across the admitted pathways. Inpatient, outpatient and theatre teams

Have you any data from pre and post implementation for benefits realised?

What is the percentage of staff and role using IECCP?
 
Answer To Question 3:
The number of people trained in the initial roll out was 140. Local Champions can train staff in their local areas. There are currently 240 people authorised to use the system.

Who is the named person within the trust for the ongoing support and implementation of IECCP?
 
Answer To Question 4:
The Trust has an IECCP Programme Delivery Manager for the project in line with ¾¨Ó㴫ýE expectations.
