| Question Number 1: I would like to see the data you sent to the MHRA between 1st Dec 2020 and 31st Dec 2022 regarding Adverse Reactions to the AstraZeneca Covid vaccine. I believe this data was sent on a weekly basis, was broken down by type of reaction and recorded whether there had been any fatalities. | |
| Answer To Question 1: The Trust do not hold information on adverse affects as people would go to their GP's or call 111. The data route would be via MHRA | |
