| Answer To Question 1: Please see the Excel spreadsheet attached containing our response. Please note - we are unable to say how long a diagnosis took to be given as that journey likely begins in primary care before the patient is admitted to hospital and we do not have access to that information for each patient. We have provided the totals for the number of episodes where this diagnosis has been coded in any position.
