Answer To Question 2:
2.1 - We routinely offer outpatient services for a range of medical and surgical conditions in our children’s outpatient department up to the 16th birthday. After the 16th birthday then we offer services (in Children’s outpatients) for older young people who have a chronic health condition (e.g. diabetes/ cystic fibrosis/ epilepsy/ chronic fatigue/ some endocrinology) - all other conditions for 16 to 17 yr olds will be looked after in an adult outpatient (medical or surgical) environment.
