Question Number 1:
How many Adult Level three Critical Care beds do you currently have with an invasive ventilator?
 
Answer To Question 1:
We are funded for 6 level 3 beds. All of our level 3 beds have ventilators.
 
Question Number 2:
How many of these are currently staffed and therefore available for use (either vacant or occupied)?
 
Answer To Question 2:
All our level 3 beds are staffed.
 
Question Number 3:
When considering relevant guidelines concerning these beds, how many have Carbon Dioxide (CO2) monitoring available for Invasively ventilated patients?
 
Answer To Question 3:
All have CO2 monitoring.
 
Question Number 4:
Thinking about the new (January 2022) NICE Guidelines concerning inhaled sedation, how many of your Level three beds have inhaled anaesthetic gas monitoring available?
 
Answer To Question 4:
None have anaesthetic gas monitoring but we virtually never use inhaled anaesthetics.
